COVID-19 CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Our protocol has been put together to help stop the transmission of COVID & is now based on the national COVID alert, rather than the government roadmap out of lockdown. We do not anticipate any amendments to our protocol from the 19th July 2021.

We value your trust, patience & understanding in the changes that we have put in place during this difficult time & apologise for any inconvenience caused. This is to ensure that we keep you, your family & ourselves safe at all times.

If you have ANY questions with ANY aspect of the protocol that you feel may impact on your cats well-being while they are staying at the cattery, then please do not hesitate to discuss your concerns with us.

BOOKINGS

All confirmed bookings between both parties are subject to government COVID-19 travel restrictions.

ARRIVALS & COLLECTIONS (we prefer this is done by the owners)

• You must advise us if you have COVID or have been in contact with anyone who has COVID

• Please wear a face mask when visiting the cattery

• Social distancing must be observed at all times

• Hand sanitiser is available at reception

• All visits are strictly by appointment only

• We will liaise with you 2-3 days prior to arrival to discuss arrangements & protocol

• Only TWO adults from your household can come to our reception area

• Cat carriers must be clean, sturdy, in good repair & all the catches secure

• You will need to leave your cat(s) at reception no one will be allowed entry into the cattery

• Nobody will be allowed to visit your cat(s) while they are in the cattery

CAT FOOD

• Currently you will need to provide all food and a deduction will be made from your bill

• Ensure you bring sufficient food for the stay & allow for any delay

• Any food not used will be returned to you in your carrier bag(s)

• Please wipe the outside of all bags used with sanitiser

VACCINATIONS, FLEA TREATMENT & GENERAL HEALTH

• Check their vaccinations are up to date

• Check that their flea & wormer treatments are up to date

• We prefer that the products used are from your veterinary sugery

• If you have any concerns regarding your cat's health, please seek veterinary advise prior to their stay at the cattery

MEDICATIONS

• All medications should be put in a clean, washable, plastic container

• Clear instructions must be provided

PAYMENT (sorry no cheques accepted)

• Payments must be made on arrival at the cattery by Debit/Credit card or cash in an envelope

• (The card payment machine is disinfected twice between use & hand gel is available)

ITEMS FROM HOME

• Please make sure you remove their collars before you bring them to the cattery

• Beds, bedding & a couple of toys can be brought to the cattery

• Please get beds & bedding as clean as possible by either vacuuming or washing it

• Other items may come from home for mobility or medical reasons please discuss with us

• Please wipe the outside of all bags used with sanitiser

• You will need to provide us details for a person to contact in an emergency

• This information will be protected under our GDPR2018 privacy policy

WEEKDAYS (except Wednesdays) 9.00am - Noon & 2.00pm - 5:30pm

WEDNESDAYS, CHRISTMAS DAY,
BOXING DAY, NEW YEARS DAY
& EASTER SUNDAY: CLOSED

WEEKENDS, BANK HOLIDAYS,
CHRISTMAS EVE
& NEW YEARS EVE: 10.00am - Noon
